Virginia L. Archer, 53, of Watseka passed away at her home October 19, 2010. Virginia was born on May 9, 1957 in Kankakee, IL. to Lowell G. and Phyllis M. Gropp Vickery. She married Eddy Archer at Assembly of God Church in Kankakee on November 6, 1974. Virginia was a homemaker and thoroughly enjoyed caring for her children. She was of the catholic faith.Virginia is survived by her husband, Eddy of Watseka, her mother, one daughter and son-in-law, Ann & Dale Bulthuis of Kankakee, IL., two sons and daughters-in-law, Eddy Ray Jr. & Tracy Archer of Morroco, IN., Daniel P. & Leisa Archer of Beaverville, IL., three brothers and one sister-in-law, George Vickery of Green Bay, WI, Tommy & Louise Vickery of EauClaire, WI., Andy Vickery of Bourbonnais, IL., three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Cari Spence of Aroma Park, IL., Amanda & Joe Lagesse of Donovan, IL., Jean & Tim White of Williamsburg, Virginia, one grandson, Austin Archer of Kankakee, IL., and two granddaughters Haley and Sydney Archer of Morroco, IN. She was preceded in death by her father, father-in-law and mother-in-law Elden [Bob] Archer and Hetty Haper.
