Theodore Roosevelt Evans Jr.

Teddy Evans passed away Friday evening October 21, 2011 at Good Samaritan Hospice, Battle Creek, MI. He is survived by his 3 sons; Andre Jamal (Shareen) Dukes of Oahu, HI., Quincy Jabar Armstrong of Kalamazoo, MI., and Timothy Antwain Armstrong of Battle Creek, MI., 10 grand children, 7 brothers and sisters; Mary A. Woodson of Lansing, MI., Willie Lee (Pam) English of Battle Creek, MI., Alma Lee (Paul) Kendrick of Battle Creek, MI., Chester Arthur English of Oshtemo, MI., James Marlow Evans of Battle Creek, MI., Barbra Jean Ford of Battle Creek, MI. and Cherry Lee Evans of Columbia, SC., special nephews; Willie Lee English III, Dino Ray English, DeWayne D. Isom, Marc T. Isom, Leon Anthony, special cousins Robert Nash and Rosemary Jackson Evans and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; Theodore Roosevelt Evans Sr. and Narcissus (Johnson) Evans and a brother; Douglas O. Evans. In accordance with Theodore's wishes, cremation has already taken place and a memorial service will be held in his honor Friday, October 28, 2011 at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church at 1p.m., with Pastor Timothy Troxler officiating.
