Teresa Dolly McNutt

Teresa Dolly McNutt, 95, of Orangeburg S.C. formerly of the Kankakee area passed away January 12, 2009. She was born December 6, 1913 to Harm and Christina (Dirks) Hasbargen in Danforth IL. Teresa married Jesse L. McNutt October 26, 1930 in Danforth IL. She and her husband farmed near Chatsworth and Strawn until 1960 when they moved to the Kankakee area. After Jesse's passing January 12, 1963 Mrs. McNutt became one of the original cooks at the Redwood Inn Restaurant in Kankakee IL. where she worked for many years. Teresa especially enjoyed baking her special pies for her family and friends.Surviving are two daughters, Norma Jeannne Graveline of Bourbonnais and Janice Goin of Orangeburg S.C., six grandchildren, Michael(Marsha) Graveline of Bourbonnais IL., Craig Graveline of Bourbonnais IL., Lynn (Jill) Graveline of Bradley IL., Rhonda (Steven) DePasquale of Bourbonnais IL., Tracy (Christian) Wilder of North Charleston S.C., and Jeff Goin of Orangeburg S.C., three great grandchildren, Madeline and Emily DePasquale of Bourbonnais IL., and Jordan Wilder of North Charleston S.C., one sister, Margaret Stein of Gilman IL., along with many nieces and nephews. Teresa was preceded in death by seven brothers, Richard, Donald, Harm, John Jack, Elmer, Fred, and Garrett Hasbargen, three sisters, Helen Kissack, Geraldine Memenga and Christine Kissack, grandchildren Mark Graveline and Kristen Goin and sons-in-law Ronald Graveline and Merle Goin.
