Obituary
(Cedar Springs) Mr. Ron Kern, age 44, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2008. Ron was a 1982 graduate of Cedar Springs High School and the owner of MHS Auto Repair. He is survived by his loving wife, Debra; children, Michelle, Heather, and Steven; father, Ronald J. Kern and his wife, Judy; brother, Robert and Courtney Kern; Debra's family, Garrett Praasterink, Frederick Praasterink, Susan and Charley Wootke, and Linda Praasterink; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Oralean, and his mother-in-law, Martha Praasterink. The Memorial Service for Ron will be Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church with Pastor Mark Love officiating.
