SZYMANSKI - Robert E. Szymanski, aged 39, of Grand Rapids, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 20, 2009. Surviving are his wife, Stacey; his daughter, Madison Rose; parents, Ed and Gloria Szymanski; two brothers, Steven (Stacey) Szymanski of Anchorage, AK, Christopher (Chastity) Szymanski of Lowell; sister, Erin Baker of Cedar Rapids, IA; grandmother, Betty Szymanski; three nieces and three nephews, many aunts and uncles; Stacey's daughters, Brittany and Brooke. Robert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ed Szymanski, Sr., John and Eleanor Pachulski. He was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church where a Mass of Christian Burial and Committal Service will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. He will repose one hour prior at the church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. His family will receive visitors Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Arsulowicz Brothers Mortuary, 3525 Remembrance Rd.
