Pamela Hathaway

Passed away January 13, 2005, from cancer at Rose Arbor Hospice Care facility. Pamela was a lifelong resident of Kalamazoo. She was born May 12, 1954 at Bronson Hospital. On June 7, 2001 she was united in marriage to Richard Hathaway who survives. She is also survived by her parents, Wihelmina and Thomas Kostakis of Portage and her daughter, Michele Pifer and husband Eric, of Flagstaff, AZ. When she was able, Pamela always enjoyed her craft projects and making cards for everyone. She has reached out to a lot of people throughout her life, and will greatly miss all of her friends and family. In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held 12:00 PM Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at Mt. Everest Cemetery. If anyone would like to send a memorial in her honor, we suggest giving to the American Cancer Society in helping to find a cure.
