Mable Gadziemski, age 102, of Holland, passed away at the Heritage Health Care Center.

Mable was born in Lud­ington, Michigan, to Her­man and Minnie Brockhaus in 1908. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church and was preceded in death by her husband Joseph (1988), daughter Rosemary Ridder (2002), great grand­son Ryan Lyles (1999), great great grandson Tyler Lyles ( 1998), brothers: Herman Brockhaus, John Brock­haus, Harold Brockhaus, Raymond Brockhaus and Russell Brockhaus; Sisters: Beatrice Brockhaus, Aurella Brockhaus, Catherine Kucaj, and Freada Nichleson.

Mable retired from West Ottawa Public Schools where she was a teacher for many years.

She is survived by her children: Dolores and Ver­non Lyles of Rothbury, Ann Huesing of Holland, Linda Solomon of Kentwood and Michael Gadziemski of Hol­land; 13 Grandchildren; 23 Great grandchildren; 9 Great great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 16, 2010, at Zion Luther­an Church, 77 West 32nd Street, in Holland. Reverend George Hamilton will be officiating. Burial will be in Lakewood Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6- 8PM at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street, in Holland, and also on Wednesday from 10-10:45 AM prior to the service at Zion Luther­an. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Holland.
