Larry Babbitt Jr., age 76 of Plainwell passed away May 24, 2014 at Borgess Medical Center. Larry was born April 1, 1938 to Lawrence and Alice (Howard) Babbitt. His family includes his wife of 35 years, Elfretta; his son: Raymond (Teresa) Babbitt; siblings: Bill, Butch, Donny, Becky, Robert. He was preceded in death by his mother and father; siblings: Jeff, Juanita, Cindy, Mike and Phillip. Larry serviced on the Plainwell Police Department for over 25 years and he retired from Checker Motors. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place.
