Kathie Boltz

Kathie Lee Boltz, age 57, of Anderson, Indiana, died Monday, February 11, 2008, at Heritage Nursing & Rehabilitation Community in Zeeland, Michigan.

She attended First Church of the Nazarene in Anderson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Boltz in 2003.

She is survived by her brother and sister, Ed and Teri Lindenmayer of Zeeland, Rose and Eddie Cardona of New York, NY; nephews and nieces, Santos Cardona, Carmen Gutierrez and Tracy Lindenmayer.

A funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday, February 15, 2008 at Lakeshore Memorial Services, 11939 James Street in Holland. Reverend Roger Byrd will be officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Elnora, Indiana.

Visitation will be from 12:00-1:15 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
