John Weinhart

Weinhart , John 1/26/2022 Paw Paw John Fred Weinhart, Jr., 77, of Paw Paw, passed away Wednesday January 26, 2022. He was born July 4, 1944 in Paw Paw, Michigan, the son of John F. Weinhart Sr. and Rachel C. (Dellapella) Weinhart. John will be remembered for his outgoing personality and love for people. He proudly served his country in the Army. He was an avid sports fan, especially the Detroit teams. His favorite was baseball and the most near and dear to his heart were the Detroit Tigers and Lions. John also enjoyed reading a good Tom Clancy novel, working a crossword puzzle and playing his favorite card games; cribbage, euchre and poker. He also enjoyed working on cars. On July 28, 2007 he married Mary (White) Weinhart who survives. He is also survived by his daughter, Renee (Brenden Page) Weinhart; son, Michael (Holly) Weinhart; one grandson, Jacob Weinhart; two sisters, Dorothy (late Norman) Newman and Cecil (Donald) Long. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 3, 2022, beginning at 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 West Michigan Ave., Paw Paw. There will be a celebration of life at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Tim Gunderson officiating. Interment will take place at Wildey Cemetery at a later date.
