Helen Baze

Helen was the daughter of Chester and Mamie E. Breon Baker born in Fremont, Iowa. Her husband George Baze whom she married May 25, 940 in Kankakee, died in 1988. She was a volunteer for Asbury Thrift Shop and enjoyed sewing, cooking, gardening and canning.Surviving are one daughter, Nancy Mellinger of Columbia, SC one daughter in law, Kim Baze of Fisherville, VA; three grandchildren Christopher Baze, Ty and tara Mellinger, one sister in law, foy baker of Chebanse and many nieces and nephews.Deceased are one son, Ronald Baze, three brothers, Ralph, Donald, and Warren; two sisters, Marie and Rose.
