Donald Smith

Mr. Smith retired from the Kankakee County Training Center after 30 years. He was born December 12, 1936, in Cobden, IL, the son of Roy L. and Thelma L. Bloodworth Smith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and attending church.Surviving are one sister and brother-in-law, Marietta and Ed Henleben of Maplewood, MO.; two brothers and sisters-in-law; Bob and Connie Smith of Bradley, IL, Bill and Sue Smith of Bourbonnais; and three sisters-in-law, Irene Smith and Rochelle Walver, both of Bourbonnais, IL, and Sue Smith of Duquoine, IL.One sister and brother-in-law, Evelyn and Roy Jackson; one infant sister, Dorothy Smith; and three brothers, Roy l., Charles and Gordon Smith are deceased.Graveside commital services will be in the Jonesboro Cemetery, Jonesboro, IL. Arrangements are being handled by the Kankakee Chapel of the Schreffler Funeral Homes.
