Donald G. Miller

Donald G. Miller was born on December 1, 1941 in Green County, Tennessee to Irene Bales Hunt and Paul Miller. He married Carol Arseneau on August 7, 1993 in Indiana. He served in the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Paratroopers. He was employed as an Engineer for LTV Steel in East Chicago for 30 years. Donald was an avid golf fan and enjoyed traveling to golf tournaments, visiting family in Tennessee, doing yard work, especially taking care of his roses. He was also a faithful fan of the Bishop MacNamara Girls Basketball Team. He is survived by his wife, Carol of Bourbonnais, one sister, Ann Shelton of Hammond, IN., one brother and sister-in-law, Dennis Miller and Becky New of Kingport, TN., eight sisters-in-law and five brothers-in-laws, Natalie & Joseph Keigher of Wawatosa, WI., Rosalie & Jack Raines of Bourbonnais, IL., Mary & Richard Bisaillon of Bourbonnais, IL, Jane & Robert Morgan of Bourbonnais, IL., Edna [Nixie] Arseneau of Bourbonnais, IL, Lois Arseneau of Bourbonnais, IL., Linda & Wayne Benoit of Centralia, Missouri, Christine Lambert of Bourbonnais, IL., two brothers-in-law and two sisters-in-law, Raymond & Bea Arseneau of Champaign, IL., Jerome & Nancy Arseneau of Manteno, IL., nephews Terry & Pam Shelton of Whiting, IN., Bobby Paul Shelton of Fall Branch, TN., Andy Miller of Kingsport, TN, great-nephews Bobby [JR] Shelton of Hammend, IN., James Shelton, William Shelton, and Michael Shelton all of Whiting, IN., godchild, Robin Cooper of St. Johns, IN., Jason & Chris Cooper of Lowell, IN and many other nieces & nephews and special pet, Missy.Donald was preceded in death by his parents, brothers-in-law, Bob Shelton and Thomas Arseneau.
