Sena Scholten

SCHOLTEN - Sena Scholten, age 94, of Jenison, went to her heavenly home Thursday morning, October 7, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gordon Scholten on April 17, 2000. She is survived by her children, Ron and Vera Scholten, Jerry and Joanne Scholten, Russ and Carole Scholten, Jean and Rich De Young, Mark and Lynda Scholten, Paul and Louise Scholten, Faith Scholten; 22 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren; her brothers, Herbert and Lois Dreyer, Adrian Dreyer; her sister-in-law, Jean Dreyer; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at the Faith Protestant Reformed Church with Rev. Andrew Lanning officiating. Interment Blendon Township Cemetery. Friends may meet with the family at the VanderLaan Funeral Home Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the Sunset Manor Benevolent Fund.
