HOFFMANN - Olivia Ann, age 8, of Scottsdale, AZ. Heaven gained a sweet angel on December 10, 2010, daughter of Eric and Christine (Gootjes) Hoffmann. She will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, Carter and Will; her grandparents, Dick and Carol Gootjes; her uncles and aunts, Mark and Kathy Gootjes and Tim and Katie (Gootjes) Vinger; and a large extended family.
