MOORE - Marlene M. (Schoenborn) Moore, age 67, of White Cloud, left this world to be cancer free in Heaven with her family surrounding her. She was born on August 22, 1943 in Wright, MI, daughter of Glenn and Rita Schoenborn. She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud. Her children thank God that they came into this world loved by her, and she was able to leave this world loved by her children and grandchildren. Gramcracker and her grandchildren always said what happens at Grandma's house stays at Grandma's house. Her grandchildren were the love of her life. She was known as the Mrs. Moore of Standale. She has touched the lives of numerous children through her many years of daycare. She will be remembered for the beautiful handmade gifts, especially her bug quilts and knitted Christmas stockings that hang on mantels throughout the world. Marlene is survived by Bill, her loving husband of 47 years and compassionate caregiver for the last 19 months; her three girls, Dorothy (Bob) Livingston, Diane (Steve) Colvin, and Nanci (Mike) Marsman; her grandchildren, Jason (Jessica), Josh, Nathan, Matthew, Rachael, and Derek; siblings, Vince (Lynn) Schoenborn, Jean Schoenborn, Dorothy Schlueb, Theresa (Mike) Morse, Jim (Diane) Schoenborn; several in-laws, and many nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by many wonderful friends from Michigan and Texas. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Crandell Funeral Home - White Cloud Chapel and Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church. Memorial Mass services will be held on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in White Cloud. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in memory of Marlene to the American Cancer Society , Marlene's Crafty Crew Relay For Life Team.
