Former Parchment, MI. resident, Doris Jean (Schroeder) Gardner, 95 years old, Peoria AZ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 11, 2024
Doris was born on May 7, 1929 to Frank and Violet Schroeder in Chicago, Il. The family moved to Kalamazoo, when Doris was a young child. Doris graduated from Kalamazoo Central High School. She married Robert Ash Gardner and they raised three daughters, Jeanine, Sherie and Kathleen. The Family enjoyed outdoor activities at Gun Lake.
Preceded in Death by her parents, her husband Robert, her brother Frank W. Schroeder and her great grandson, Joshua Marks. Doris is lovingly remembered by Daughters, Jeanine L. (Kalman) Kahn IL, Sherie (Richard) Trusty AZ and Kathleen (Troy) Lennen CO, 7 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
