Ben Piersma

PIERSMA, BEN Wyoming Ben L. Piersma, age 80, of Wyoming went to be with his Lord on Sunday, July 22, 2012 and is now reunited with his wife, Marilyn who preceded him in 2010. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Gerry Richards and Ruth Wills. He will be dearly missed by his children, Robert and LuAnn Piersma, Marybeth and Bill Stephens, Steven Piersma; stepchildren, Stefanie Amthor, Joseph and Patty Amthor, Kenneth and Michele Amthor, Patricia and Jeff VanMeekeren, Lori and Bob Roberts, Lisa and Jim Cross; 18 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister, Bonnie Woodworth; brother, Marvin and Ruth Piersma; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday at Matthysse-Kuiper-DeGraaf Funeral Home, (Grandville) 4145 Chicago Drive with Rev. Dennis Gilbert officiating.
